Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Secretary General of Bihar Entrepreneurs Association BEA and President of Entrepreneurs Association of India EAI represented India at First Council Meeting of International Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs Association IAYEA in China. The meeting consisted of representatives from 26 countries including Russia, Australia and several African and European countries. It was a one-week trip involving three sessions of First Council Meeting of IAYEA, International Young Entrepreneurs Economic and Trade Exchange Conference, several round of Industrial visits in Zhongshan and Guangzhou.

During the conference Mr. Abhishek Kumar has been appointed as Director General of newly formed 100-million-dollar Youth Development Fund which will provide funding support to the startups of the member countries. It will also act as a platform for technical exchange, global network, global linkage, business cooperation, etc. to help the startups to expand at global level.

He also gave a detailed presentation on work done by Entrepreneurs Association of India and Bihar Entrepreneurs Association in these twelve years by spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship in various universities of India and the process through which the youths are linked with innovation/innovative ideas.

The topic of presentation of Mr. Abhishek Kumar is Synergistic Innovation for Mutual Development. His speech focused on business growth with the help of innovation. He also talked about tie-ups between startups of different countries, increase in investments and improve the product design for the business development. Apart from this, many other topics were also discussed including the drafting of Bihar Startup Policy. In the end, he described how the Startup India Scheme of the Central Government is impacting the youths of the country.

He gave a detailed presentation on work done by Entrepreneurs Association of India and Bihar Entrepreneurs Association in twelve years by spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship in various universities of India and the process through which the youths are linked with innovation/innovative ideas.

Entrepreneurs Association of India is one of the founding members of the International Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs Association, a global organization which was established in April in capital of China Beijing. This was the fourth time when Mr. Abhishek Kumar was invited by the Chinese government. This summit had special emphasis on technology, innovation, cooperation and investment among the different countries and representatives of member countries also talked about the work culture, government policies, challenges of their respective countries and the method to create favourable working conditions among the member countries.

In the past few years, not only China, but also the US Govt. and Israel Govt. has invited Mr. Abhishek Kumar and felicitated him for the work done at grassroot level in the past.

On 24^th June 2023 Founders Meet was organized at BEA premise and it was attended by both established as well as aspiring entrepreneurs where they discussed regarding the work done by their startups. Shri Abhishek Kumar (Secretary General BEA)

discussed business plan development, financial modelling and business proposal with the entrepreneurs present there.

This meet was attended by the startups from various associations and are incubates of organisations like IIT Patna, B Hub. Also some of them were funded under Bihar Startup Policy.

Shri Abhishek Kumar described about the necessity of doing cost analysis, market research, market analysis, customer acquisition, costing, etc. before launching of the product. The topic of discussion included EBITDA of the startups, Business Model, Revenue Model, Financial Management, Fund Raising techniques and *Prevailing Technologies. But he laid emphasis on the documentation and legal compliance part and during the discussion regarding corporate governance in startup, and scenario of startups both established and budding he told on the basis of his survey that he found that there are various startups who are not having much information regarding compliances, documentation and government rules and regulations.

He said that every startup should be aware regarding legal compliances which will help them and their startups not to get trapped in the legal battle. He gave a special advice to the startups especially fintech startups for using the new, innovative and advanced technology which strictly adhere to the data security and data privacy of their clients. The reason being that we are getting the news of cyber fraud at regular intervals. So it will help them as well as their clients not to fall in the trap. While replying to the query of one of the startup regarding the role played by BEA in promoting entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bihar. He told that BEA is working to promote entrepreneurship in the state and has achieved the milestone like formation of startup committee, INR 500 crore seed capital, launch of Bihar Startup Policy.

Founder of Bharat Krishi Mr. Raja Kalam, discussed self-funded program “Krishi Samvaad – From Progressive Farmers to Agripreneurs”. He told that during the Krishi Samvad we guide the progressive farmers regarding the use of technology to increase the agriculture productivity, enhance resilience and reduce carbon emissions. In brief he discussed how they are starting to reap benefits by the improved food processing and supply chain.

Business plan was discussed because many startups present there were good in technologies and other sectors of entrepreneurship and have availed funding through the various government schemes from both central as well as state, but were not knowing how to create business plan results in hampering their growth.

A female entrepreneur Ms. Ranjana Raz (Founder, Being Electro) who is selling recycled product of electronic goods.This not only is solving the problem of electronic wastes but is also providing the electronics produces at low costs. This will help India achieve its SDG commitments as it is in line with the Goal 7, Goal 13, Goal 14, Goal 15 of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals like SDG

Mr. Saket Kumar (Founder MultiMillet) is a student of BHU has described the work done by them regarding the production and selling of value added products of millets.

Mr. Animesh Kumar (Founder, Beyond Dating) who has been selected under Bihar Startup Policy and has raised funds through an angel investor also described his problems of documentation and legal compliances and was seeking assistance through BEA.

Mr. Aditya Kirti (Founder, EJY Health) who is working on Health Tech is working to develop India’s largest health community and health clubs. He also said that they are working on worlds most gamified and verified health information social networking platform. They are currently incubating under IIT Patna and is looking towards BEA for further support.

Apart from them this meet was attended by Shri Madheshwar Kumar (Founder, MK Catering), Md. Saiyad Ali (Founder, Eros Money Services), Mr Dharamneeti Kumar (Founder, Dark Sketches), Mr. Ankit Gautam (Founder, Imazeworld Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Vikash Kumar (Founder, Analytics Online), Mr. Kaushik Karan (Founder, Growth Panda), Mr. Omkar Kumar (Founder, Chickenwala), Mr. Rajesh Kumar (Founder, Green Supply).

The session ended with the discussions on topics like Customer Acquistion Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), fund raising, pitch deck preparation and investor’s network building.

24/06/2023 को बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कार्यालय में फाउन्डरस मीट का आयोजन हुआ जहां पर उद्यमीयों ने अपने अपने व्यवसायों के बारे में बताया । इस आयोजन में बिहार उद्यमी संघ के महासचिव श्री अभिषेक कुमार (महासचिव), ग्रीन सप्लाई के डायरेक्टर श्री राजेश कुमार, पैलीट्रॉनिक्स के डायरेक्टर श्री अंकित अभिषेक, चिकनवाला के फाउन्डर श्री ओंकार सिंह, भारत कृषि के डायरेक्टर श्री राजा कलाम  समेत कई उद्यमी उपस्थित थे । जून महीने के फ़ौनडर्स मीट में इस बार भी ना सिर्फ उद्यमी बल्कि उद्यमिता की चाह रखने वाले युवाओं ने भी अपनी भागीदारी दिखायी । 

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के महासचिव एवं अमरीकी तथा इजराएल सरकार के फेलो श्री अभिषेक कुमार ने वहाँ उपस्थित सभी व्यक्तियों का स्वागत किया । इस मीट में श्री अभिषेक कुमार ने केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न नीतियों की जानकारी दी जिसमे भारत सरकार की सूचना एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय की TiDE 2.0 स्कीम, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की स्टार्टअप इंडिया सीड फंड स्कीम, सूक्ष्म,लघू एवं मध्यम उद्योग मंत्रालय की नीतियाँ तथा बिहार सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना, बिहार स्टार्टअप पॉलिसी, इत्यादि शामिल है और ये भी बताया की कैसे इनके इस्तेमाल से लोग अपने उद्यम को और बड़े पैमाने पर ले जा सकते हैं । श्री अभिषेक कुमार ने उद्यमीयों के डॉकउमेन्टसन एवं कॉम्पलैयन्स पर विशेष रूप से बल दिया । उन्होंने बताया की किसी भी व्यवसाय या उद्यम को बढ़ाने के लिए एक प्रापर डॉकउमेनटेसन बहोत जरूरी है, जिससे की हम अपने एवं अपने व्यवसाय को किसी भी चुनौतीपूर्ण माहौल से निकाल सकते है । इसके बाद उनके द्वारा ये भी सलाह दिया की अपने उद्यम को शुरू करने से पहले मार्केट रिसर्च और मार्केट अनैलिसिस को अच्छे तरीके से करने का सालाह दिया गया जिससे की आप ग्राहक की जरूरतों को समज सके और उनके जरूरत के हिसाब से सामान देकर उनका विश्वास जीत सके । उन्होंने किसी भी उत्पाद के कीमत को सही ग्राहक की खर्च करने की शक्ति को ध्यान में रख कर करे । उसके बाद उन्होंने ये भी आग्रह किया की उद्यमी ना सिर्फ प्रोडक्ट बल्कि इनोवेटिव प्रोडक्ट को मार्केट में लाने की कोशिश करे । इसके अलावा उन्होंने बिहार उद्यमी संघ के बारह वषों के कार्यों के बारे में बताया जिसमे कैसे उन्होंने बिहार जैसे राज्य जहां के अधिकतर युवा रोजगार सृजन करने के बजाए रोजगार के पीछे भागने में यकीन करते हैं, वहाँ उन्होंने उद्यमिता की मानसिकता के पनपने का रास्ता बताया । इसके अलावा उन्होंने गर्व से ये भी बताया की हमे हमारे कार्यों की वजह से कई देशों की सरकार ने हमे अपने यहाँ बुला कर समाणित भी किया, जिसमे हालिया चीन सरकार के द्वारा बुलाकर विशेष विदेशी अतिथि का दर्जा देना भी शामिल है । उन्होंने इस बात पर भी जोर दिया की बिहार में भी अमरीका जैसे स्टार्टअप एकोसिस्टम के निर्माण और उसे बिहार में बढ़ाने की जरूरत है । उन्होंने कम्पेटिटिव अनैलिसिस पर ध्यान देने पर खाशा जोर दिया जिससे की व्यवसाय को बढ़ाने में सहायता भी मिलती है।

इस सम्मेलन में महिला उद्यमी सुश्री रंजना राज (फाउन्डर - बीइंग एल्क्ट्रो) ने भाग लिया था जो की इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वेस्ट पर काम करती है, उन्होंने बताया पूरी प्रोसेस के बारे में बताया की कैसे वो इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण को रीसाइकल करके काम दामों पर बेच रही है, जिससे की पर्यावरण को बचाने में एक अहम भूमिका निभा रही है।

श्री साकेत कुमार (फाउन्डर – मल्टी मिलेट) मिलेट के वैल्यू ऐडेड प्रोडक्ट जिनमे बिस्किट शामिल हैं, उसके उत्पाद पर कार्य कर रहे हैं ।

श्री अनिमेष कुमार (बिऑन्ड डेटिंग) के फाउन्डर ने भी इस मीट में शिरकत किया था जो मेरिज वेबसाईट है । उन्होंने बताया की उनके एप के माध्यम से युवक एवं युवती जूरते हैं । इस एप के द्वारा उनको रूचियों को ध्यान में रख कर एक कुसटोमिजेड जरिए के द्वारा एक दूसरे को मिलाते हैं ।

इस समिट में श्री मधेशवर कुमार, श्री धनंजय कुमार, श्री अनिमेष कुमार, मोहम्मद सैयाद आली, शम्स परवेज़, श्री आदित्य कीर्ति, श्री धर्मनीति कुमार, इत्यादि शामिल हुए । इस मीट के अंत में पाँच चयनित स्टार्टअप को कॉफी मग देकर के सम्मानित किया गया ।

दिनांक 20 /05/2023 को बिहार उद्यमी सांघ के  प्रांगण में फाउन्डरस मीट का आयोजन हुआ जिसमे उद्यदमयों से उनकी एवं  उनके व्यवस य के बारे में जानकारी ली गई । इस आयोजन में बिहार उद्यमी संघ की ओर से श्री अभिषेक कुमार (महासचिव), श्री रोहित झा (कोषाध्यक्ष , फाउन्डर – डीजीरेवेल), श्री अंकित अभिषेक (फाउन्डर – पैलीट्रॉनिक्स), श्री ओंकार सिंह (फाउन्डर– चिकनवाला), श्री राजा कलाम (फाउन्डर – भारत कृषि) समेत कई उद्यमी उपस्थित थे ।

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के महासचिव श्री अभिषेक कुमार जो अमरीकी सरकार एवं इजराएल सरकार के फेलो हैं, अभी अभी बीजिंग में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करके लौटे हैं, वहाँ उपस्थित उद्यमीयों का स्वागत किया और उन्हे उद्यमिता के मार्ग पर चलने के लिए शुभकामनाएँ भी दी । उन्होंने अलग अलग देशों के साथ  एक्सपर्ट-इम्पोर्ट के बारे में बताया |

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कार्यालय में अमरीकी राजदूत के अलावा नौ भारतीय राजदूत भी आ चुके है, जहाँ पर उन्होंने हमारे टीम से मिलकर जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करने के लिए और प्रेरित किया । 
बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कोषाध्यक्ष श्री रोहित झा (फाउन्डर – डीजीरेवेल)  जो की बिहार उद्यमी संघ के स्टार्टअप एवं उद्यमिता कोर्स के हेड भी है उन्होंने भी ये बताया की यहाँ बहूत से उद्यमी है जिनकी उत्पाद तो अच्छी है पर सही मार्केटिंग तकनीक के अभाव में वो मार्केट में अपनी छाप को छोड़ नहीं पा रहे है । इसके सुझाव में उन्होंने बताया की उद्यमीयों को बिहार उद्यमी संघ के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाकर चलना चाहिए और कैसे बिहार उद्यमी संघ इन इन उद्यमीयों की सहायता करता है इस पर भी उन्होंने विस्तारपूर्वक बताया । बिहार उद्यमी संघ का स्टार्टअप एवं उद्यमिता कोर्स को भी करने का इन्होंने सलाह दिया क्योंकि यह कोर्स उन युवाओं को ध्यान में रख कर किया गया था, जिनका कोई भी पारिवारिक पृष्टभूमि व्यवसाय की ओर नहीं है, पर बिहार को बदलने के लिए उद्यमिता की राह पर चलने के लिए ये आतूर है । इस कोर्स के माध्यम से युवाओं मार्केट ऐनालीसिस, मार्केट, रिसर्च, क्रेडिट लिनकेज, मार्केट लिनकेज की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रैक्टिकल नोलेज के माध्यम से दी जाती है । इसके अलावा उन्होंने ये भी सलाह दिया की उद्यमीयों को हर काम स्वयं नहीं करना चाहिए, बल्कि उसे जरूरतों के हिसाब से डेलीगेट भी करते रहे । 

पैलीट्रॉनिक्स के फाउन्डर श्री अंकित अभिषेक ने अपने व्यवसाय के बारे में बताया की कैसे वो उद्यमीयों को व्यवसाय करने के जरूरी मापदंडों पर खड़ा उतरना होगा । उन्होंने बताया की व्यवयसए का डॉक्युमेंटेसन अत्यंत जरूरी है, क्योंकि इसी के माध्यम से उद्यमी अपने व्यवसाय के लिए पैसों का इंतेजाम कर पाते है । उन्होंने बताया की एक याची पिच डेक, प्रपोज़ल, प्रोजेक्ट इन्वेस्टर्स के आगे आपकी अच्छी छवि छोड़ते है, और अगर आप पिच डेक और प्रपोज़ल को अच्छी तरीके से नहीं बना पाते तो आपके व्यवसाय को फंड जनरेशन में मुश्किल होगा । इसके उपाय में उन्होंने बताया की वो उद्यमीयों को पिच डेक, प्रपोज़ल, प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट बनाने में सहायता करते हैं साथ ही साथ नवीनतम तकनीकों के द्वारा व्यवसाय को और अच्छी मुकाम पर ले जाने में सहायता भी करती है । अंत में उन्होंने ये आग्रह भी किया की अगर कोई भी उद्यमी फंड जेनेरेसन, प्रपोज़ल बनाने, इत्यादि मुश्किलों से गुजर रहा है, तो वो फौरन हमसे संपर्क करे और उनकी मदद करने में पैलीट्रॉनिक्स को बेहद खुशी होगी ।  

श्री ओंकार सिंह (फाउन्डर– चिकनवाला) ने अपने सफर की जानकारी दी, जिसमे एक इंजीनियरिंग के छात्र से उद्यमी बनने की कहानी है । उन्होंने बताया की कोविड महामारी के बाद लोग अपने स्वास्थ्य को लेकर खासे जागरूक हुए हैं, और खराब गुणवत्ता वाले चिकन, मीट, मछली मनुष्यों के बीमारी के लिए काफी कारक है । इसीलिए वो अपने उद्यम के माध्यम से उचत्तम गुणवत्ता वाले चिकन, मछली, मीट जिसकी ब्लॉक चेन के माध्यम से मोनिट्रिंग होती है, उसे लोगों तक पहुंचा रहे है ।  

श्री राजा कलाम (फाउन्डर – भारत ई कृषि) ने अपने बारे में बताया की कैसे वो किसानों को इनपुट सप्पलाई करके उनकी आमदनी को बेहतर बनाने में कार्य कर रहा है । उन्होंने बताया की कैसे इनपुट कृषि के लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी है, और सही समय पर सही मात्रा में सही खाद मिलने पर किसानों की लगभग सारी समस्या हल हो जाएगी और इसके साथ भारत में कृषि की अच्छी पैदावार भी होगी । उन्होंने ने सलाह दिया की कृषि में  नवीनतम तकनीकों को शामिल करने पर भी जोर दिया । 

इस समिट में राहुल प्रकाश (फाउन्डर – अमलफ़ार्म सोल्यूशंस) ने बताया की वो भारत के जी०आई टैग प्रोडक्ट को ब्लॉक चेन से लिंक कर ग्राहकों गुणवत्ता युक्त उत्पाद देते है । इस फाउन्डर मीट में बी के दुबे (फाउन्डर – ईजी फ्रूट), निरपेन्द्र मिश्र (फाउन्डर - ऍग्रो ज़ेस्ट), सौरव भारती (फाउन्डर - मल्टी मिलेट), नारायण ड्रोसिया (फाउन्डर – ड्रोसिया फ्रेश), मदहेश्वर कुमार (फाउन्डर – एम०के० कटेरींग), इत्यादि शामिल हुए । इस मीट के अंत में पाँच चयनित स्टार्टअप को कॉफी मग देकर के सम्मानित किया गया ।

1 मई को दिल्ली के श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी मार्ग में स्थित दिल्ली पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी में बिहार उद्यमी संघ के द्वारा मजदूर दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में “मजदूर दिवस – मजबूत दिवस” का आयोजन हुआ । कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता दिल्ली पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी के चेयरमैन श्री सुभाष चंद्र काँखेरिया जी ने किया था, जिन्होंने मजदूर दिवस का आयोजन क्यों होता है, इसके शुरुआत होने की कहानी, और इसकी वजह से लोगों पर क्या प्रभाव पर रहा है, इन सबके बारे में बताया ।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता बिहार उद्यमी संघ (Bihar Entrepreneurs Association) के महासचिव एवं भारतीय उद्यमी संघ (Entrepreneurs Association of India) के अध्यक्ष श्री अभिषेक कुमार, ने बिहार में ग्यारह वर्षों से चले आ रहे विकाश के कार्यों के बारे में विस्तृत रूप से बताया जिसमे सड़क, औद्योगीकरण, शिक्षा, तकनीक, इत्यादि शामिल थे, परंतु उनका मुख्य केंद्र बिन्दु मजदूरों की स्थिति को सुधारने में था, उन्होंने बताया की कैसे मजदूरों की स्थिति कोविड महामारी के पूर्व थी और उस महामारी के बाद कैसी रही । अपने वक्तव्य में उन्होंने स्टार्टअप यात्रा से लेकर बिहार में किसानों को एक मल्टी करोड़ बिजनेस बनाने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई कृषि संवाद – प्रगतिशील किसान से कृषि उद्यमी तक की यात्रा के बारे में बताया । उन्होंने ये भी बताया की आज के समय श्रम संसाधन पर ज्यादा जोर दिया जाता है, और श्रम प्रबंधन पर बहुत ही काम बातें होती है । उन्होंने मजदूरों के विभिन्न प्रकार और उनकी खराब होती परिस्थिति के बारे में भी बात किया था । उन्होंने बोला की विदेशों के तुलना आज भारत के मजदूरों की स्थिति बहुत ही खराब है । आज भारत में मजदूरों के बारे में कोई भी सरकारी डाटा नहीं है, जो भिन्न भिन्न तरीकों से उनकी व्याख्या कर सके, जिसकी वजह से आज उनकी तरक्की के लिए कोई भी ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए जा पा रहे, और उनकी स्थिति में सुधार के लिए ये अत्यंत आवश्यक है की इस विषय पर चर्चा हो ।

कोविड के समय मजदूरों के उत्थान के लिए कई सरकारी योजनाएँ आई थी, जो की बहुत सराहनीय भी रही पर आज जैसे जैसे समाज नॉर्मल होते जा रहा है, वैसे वैसे हम उन योजनाओ को भी भूलते जा रहे हैं ।

श्री अभिषेक कुमार जो अमरीकी, इस्राइल एवं चीन सरकार के फ़ेलो भी है, और इन्हे दो बार अपने यहाँ बुला कर सम्मानित भी कर चुके हैं, उन्होंने ये सुझाव दिया की प्रवासी मजदूरों के स्किल को बढ़ाना आज हमारे लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है, साथ साथ हमे सकिलिंग के नवीनतम तकनीकों का लगातार इस्तेमाल करते रहना होगा, और सरकार से भी ये आशा किया की मजदूरों के सम्पूर्ण उत्थान के लिए एक अनुकूल एकोसिस्टम की भी स्थापना करे, जिसमे विदेशी मजदूरों की भी स्थिति के बारे में बताया जाए ।

विश्व बैंक के वरिष्ठ सलाहकार श्री राजेश सिंह ने बताया की मजदूरों को मानवीय पूंजी के रूप में विज़न और मिशन के अंतर्गत काम करते रहना चाहिए । उन्होंने बताया की आज माइग्रैशन एक बहुत बड़ी समस्या बन चुकी है, और करीब 50 प्रतिशत लोग माइग्रेसन से प्रभावित हैं । इन सब में सबसे ज्यादा तकलीफ उन परिवार को होती है, जिनके सदस्य कम पढे लिखे होने के बावजूद भी प्रवासी मजदूर बन जाते है । इसके अलावा उन्होंने कई सारी सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में भी बताया जो मजदूरों के उत्थान के लिए लिए गए हैं ।

भारतीय उद्यमी संघ के निदेशक CA शशि मोहन जी ने लीगल ऐस्पेक्ट के बारे में भी बताया ।

इसके कुछ उद्यमी जिन्हे बिहार उद्यमी संघ के द्वारा विभिन्न सरकारी स्कीम में सहायता प्राप्त हुई हैं, उन्होंने भी अपने अपने उद्यम के बारे में बताया । इन उद्यमीयों में श्री जय कान्त (डायरेक्टर – Comfy footwear), श्री राजेश कुमार (डायरेक्टर – ग्रीन सप्पलाई), श्री राजा कलाम (डायरेक्टर – भारत ई कृषि) , इत्यादि है ।

इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजक दिल्ली पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी के डायरेक्टर जनरल डॉ आर० के ० शर्मा, भारतीय उद्यमी संघ के निदेशक श्री मनोज अत्री जी, श्री ओंकार कुमार (फाउन्डर – चिकनवाला), श्री अंकित अभिषेक (डायरेक्टर – पैलीट्रॉनिक्स), श्री जयप्रकाश जी (IAAS), डॉ अशोक सम्राट जी, श्री दानिश इकबाल जी, इत्यादि थे ।

श्री दनिश इकबाल जी ने मंच संचालन किया और ये बताया की मजदूर दिवस का शुरुआत कैसे हुआ था ।

डॉ अशोक सम्राट जी ने मौजूदा अतिथियों का ध्यानवाद ज्ञापन किया और बताया की यह एक शुरुआत है आगे मजदूरों के उत्थान के लिए एक कार्यशाली बना कर उसे सभी लोग मिलकर कार्यान्वित करेंगे और ज्यादा से ज्यादा एजेंसी, लोग, पॉलिसी मैकर, इत्यादि को एक साथ लाया जाएगा ।  

दिनांक 24/09/2022 को बिहार उद्यमी संघ की वार्षिक आम बैठक का आयोजन हुआ । इस कार्यक्रम में बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्य अमेरिका से भी वर्चुअल माध्यम से मौजूद थे । कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में इग्ज़ेक्यटिव कमिटी के सदस्य श्री रोहित झा मौजूद सभी सदस्यों का स्वागत कर उन्हे आज के बैठक का एजेंडा बताया ।

वार्षिक बैठक में बिहार उद्यमी संघ के अध्यक्ष श्री पंकज सिंह ने हर सदस्य को उनकी जिम्मेदारी को पूरी ईमानदारी के लिए उनका शुभकामनाए दी साथ ही सदस्यों को एक सख्त हिदायत भी दी की आने वाले वर्षों के अपनी जिम्मेदारी को पूरे इमनादारी के साथ पूरा करे । वे हर सदस्य को अपने अपने तरीकों से योगदान देने की भी बात कही, जिससे की हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा युवाओं तक अपनी पहुँच बना सके । वे हर सदस्यों से ये उम्मीद भी रख रहे की वे अपने अपने क्षेत्रों की पूरी जानकारी रखे और अपने टीम के हर सदस्य का जानकारी से सशक्तिकरण करे ।  उन्होंने भी वित्तीय सशकता पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा जोर दिया जिससे की हम सस्टैनबल और स्केलबल हो सके और इस साल पिछले साल के मुकाबले नया मुकाम हासिल करे । और अंत में कृषि के क्षेत्र में ज्यादा ध्यान देने का भी सदस्यों को निर्देश दिया । 

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के महासचिव श्री अभिषेक कुमार ने बी ई ए की 2011 की आम बैठक का जिक्र किया, जिसमे उन्होंने हमारे पिछेले वर्ष में अपनाए गए संकल्प का भी जिक्र किया, और उनकी प्राप्ति पर सभी सदस्यों का धन्यवाद किया । उन्होंने हमारे ICAR, टोरोन्टो के पब्लिक इन्क्यबेटर, आई आई एम, कलकत्ता के साथ हुए समझौता का भी जिक्र किया और नौवां बिहार उद्यमिता सम्मेलन जिसमे बिहार के सभी 44 कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र ने अपना अपना प्रदर्शनी लगाया था, उसका भी जिक्र किया । उन्होंने अक्टूबर 2022 से सितमबर 2023 तक की अपनी सभी रणनीति का भी जिक्र किया था, जिसमे कैसे एक प्रगतिशील किसान को कृषि उद्यमी बनाया जाए, उस पर भी जोर दिया गया । एक किसान के जीवन में आने वाली सभी चूनऔतियों की भी जिक्र किया गया, जैसे की अधिक गुणवत्ता वाली अनाज, सब्जी, फल, फूल, इत्यादि का उत्पादन कैसे किया जाए । काम लागत में भी ज्यादा फसल का उत्पादन के साथ साथ किसानों को बाजार उपलब्धता के अलावा मार्केट लिनकेज भी उपलब्ध करवाना भी हमारा इस साल का परम उद्देश्य रहेगा, इस पर खासा जोर दिया गया ।

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कोषाध्यक्ष श्री सचिन कुमार गिरी ने बी ई ए की मौजूदा परिस्थिति का वर्णन किया जिसमे बी ई ए किस तरह कठिन परिस्थति में में भी बिहार के युवाओं में उद्यमिता की भावना का प्रवाह कर रहा हैं । 

अमेरिका से जुड़े हमारे सदस्य श्री हर्षवर्धन जिन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई MIT से की है और वो एक  सप्लाइ चेन के एक्सपर्ट भी हैं, वे भी वर्चुअल माध्यम से जुड़े हुए थे । ऊनहोने बी ई ए में और भी सदस्यों को जोड़ने के साथ साथ, वित्तीय स्तर को मजबूत करने पर भी जोर दिया जिससे की बिहार उद्यमी संघ और ज्यादा सस्टैनबल हो सके और ज्यादा इम्पैक्ट बनाए ।
बिहार उद्यमी संघ के कार्यकारी समिति  के सदस्य श्री संदीप सिंह ने आने वाले वर्षों में बी ई ए को और भी मजबूत बनाने की बात कही जिससे की हम ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोगों को उद्यमी बना सके । श्री राजेश कुमार ने कृषि क्षेत्र में हमारे योगदान का भी जिक्र किया, और आने वाले वर्षों में हमारे कृषि रोडमैप का भी जिक्र किया ।

तपश्चात अंकित अभिषेक और ओंकार सिंह ने बिहार उद्यमी संघ के प्रतिदिन के कार्य के बारे में भी बात कर बिहार उद्यमी संघ में किस तरह हर रोज नए नए युवा उद्यमिता के लिए हमारे मार्गदर्शन की चाह रखते है, उसका भी जिक्र किया ।

Words have a magical Power, they can bring the greatest happiness or the deepest despair, and at the Open Mics organized by BEA we saw this power in all it’s glory.

The Open Mic series is an initiative taken by Bihar Entrepreneurs Association to build a community of people of Bihar from all walks of life. Orators, singers, actors, writers, comedians come together in an atmosphere full of passion and enthusiasm.

Why are they organized?

In all the work Bihar Entrepreneurs Association has done, we keep encountering people of different ages and professions that have the potential to be more. They have thoughts to share and talents to be nurtured but lack of opportunity to do so.

BEA’s Open Mics are organized to give these people a place to express themselves through song, poetry and laughter. It’s to give people with a passion for the spoken word a place to belong, to be themselves without any hesitation.

What Impact have they made?

The 1^st Open Mic  held on 3^rd July,2022  brought participants from all over Bihar. The participants consisted of people who wanted to try something new, to get over their stage fear and those who were curious about BEA’s new initiative.

The 2^nd  Open Mic held on 17^th July brought a mix of new and old, of children finding a way to express their dreams and adults, finding the lost child within them. We saw teachers who are used to limiting their thoughts and lessons to a syllabus, let go and dabble with Poetry and Shayari.The talent and potential on the stage that night was incomparable and we could see the networks being created and  bonds being formed between people that had never met before.

The 3^rd Open Mic held on 31^st July combined with the impact of the first two was a resounding success.From the very moment the participants walked in, they could be seen talking and laughing with people from completely different  professions, age and background.Some of them had met in previous Open Mics,some had just found a common interest,and some had been impressed by the other’s performance, but one thing was clear, a foundation had been laid and a community had begun to form.

We had notable participants like Amlesh Kumar, a teacher from Notre Dame Academy whose Poetry, and Mimicry had no equal, HR Entertainment ,one of Patna’s best bands had us all singing along with them, and a girl with the pen name Khwab who enthralled us with her words. Them, along with rest of the amazing participants are the reason we will keep organizing these Open Mics and bringing these hidden talents to one platform and letting the world discover them.

A bunch of people who  just came to watch the event or escort their children ended up taking the stage and displaying their own hidden talents .They proved that there is no age limit to creativity, potential and as long as you have the confidence ,you can do anything.

This initiative has so far attracted people of all ages and professions from remote areas of Bihar.From schoolchildren just trying to figure out what to do with their life to adults with well established careers finding their voice again after putting their hobbies and passions on the back burner for too long to pursue a safe career,our platform has managed to witness it all in just the first month of the series.

Even after the event ended a lot of people from different walks of life stayed for  at least an hour  just to interact with each other and BEA representatives

They were surprised to see such an event held in Bihar and were grateful to BEA for providing such a great platform.

It has also brought into the limelight several other initiatives of BEA and it’s partnering organizations and has led to more and more people with ideas and potential to change Patna and on the whole Bihar, out of the shadows to seek help and guidance.

They were surprised to see that their own hometown has such an organisation and platform and expressed immense gratitude.

They talked about how much confidence they had gained and how the Initiative had helped to develop their personality.

The platform has helped the people of Bihar embrace their creative and innovative side and hopes to continue to change perspectives and contribute to making Bihar a better place.

आज दिनांक 30/04/22 को बिहार उद्यमी संघ के पटना स्थित मुख्यालय में आयोजन हुआ। इस अवसर बिहार सरकार के डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ इंडस्ट्रीज के स्पेशल सेक्रेटरी श्री दिलीप कुमार ने युवा उद्यमियों को संबोधित किया और स्ट्रेस मैनेजमेंट के बारे जानकारी दी।

उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में कहा की किस प्रकार आज युवा अपने कैरियर को सफल बनाने के जुनून में लगे हैं और अपने पर्सनल और प्रोफेशनल लाइफ को मैनेज नहीं कर पाते हैं। आवश्यकता है की लोग टाइम मैनेजमेंट के साथ स्ट्रेस को कम कर सकतें है। सही खान पान भी होना जरूरी है 
उन्होंने कुछ सुझाव दिए।

तनाव होने पर हमेशा चीजों को सकारात्मक तरीके से देखने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए । हर दिन छोटी छोटी चीजें करें।

कुछ मामलों में हो सकता है कि आपको फ्रेश स्टार्ट की भी जरूरत पड़े।

हर कार्य में अपना उत्साह बरकरार रखें। उन्होंने कहा आपको सिस्टम बनाने की जरूरत है जो अनुपस्थिति में भी काम करता रहे।

रोजाना किसी भी कार्य को करने पर उसे सर्वश्रेष्ट तरीके से करने का भाव रखे तथा स्वयं की सोच को भी सकारात्मक रखे तो कुछ हद तक आप उत्साहित रहा जा सकता है। 

पर्याप्त नीद व आराम मिलने से हमारा शरीर व मन दोनों स्वस्थ रहते है। समय पर नीद लेने से व्यक्ति की कार्यक्षमता तो बढ़ती ही है साथ ही तनाव में भी कमी लाने में मदद मिलती है। 

अपने मित्रों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करे तथा अच्छे लोगों के साथ दोस्ती रखना, तनाव को कम करने या समाप्त करने में सबसे अधिक मददगार हो सकता है।

बिहार उद्यमी संघ के महासचिव श्री अभिषेक सिंह ने बताया की आज का समय प्रतिस्पर्धा का है और इस भाग दौड़ में हम अपना खयाल नहीं रख पाते। आवश्यकता हैं हम खुद को भी समय दें। जो भी करें पूरे उत्साह के साथ करें।

इस अवसर पे श्री दिलीप कुमार द्वारा किताब लिखे गए अप्व दीपों भव और टोक्यो ओलंपिक के खिलाड़ियों की प्रेरक कहानियां पे परिर्चा भी आयोजन किया गया।

नैना कुमारी जो की भागलपुर अधारित विक्रमशिला ग्रामोद्योग का संचालन करती उन्होंने अपने जीवनी को बताया और उनके द्वारा बनाए जा रहे प्रोडक्ट को दिखाया।

इस अवसर पे 50 से ज्यादा उद्यमियों ने भाग लिया और स्ट्रैस मैनेजमेंट के तरीकों को सिखा।

बिहार उद्यमी संघ, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार (Ministry of Electronics and IT, Govt of India) एवं सूक्ष्म , लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार (Ministry of MSME, Govt of India) के तत्वाधान में वेबिनार का आयोजन हुआ ।

आज के इस वेबिनार में बिहार के एक मात्र टेक्सटाइल उद्योग छेत्र भागलपुर के जुझारू बुनकरों ने इस क्षेत्र के बारे में काफ़ी विस्तृत जानकारी साझा किया।

इस वेबीनार की शुरुआत के डी इंडस्ट्रीज की संस्थापक मोनिका कुमारी ने किया। उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में बताया की किस प्रकार वो और उनकी टीम भागलपुर के सिल्क उद्योग को विश्व पटल पे ले जाने का प्रयास कर रही हैं।

हाल के दिनों में सिल्क थ्रेड के कमी के कारण इसके आयात से रॉ मैटेरियल का लागत काफ़ी बढ़ा है जिससे कपड़े महंगे हो रहें हैं। उन्होंने कहा की इस उद्यौग में इनोवेशन और नई तकनीक की आवायशकता है।

विभा और रिंकी देवी जो की कई वर्षों से इस कार्य को कर रहीं हैं उन्होंने बताया की रेशम और टैक्सटाइल उद्योग ने उन्हें आजीविका चलाने में मदत करता है किंतु इसमें मेहनताना कम है और इसपे ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।

युवा आर्टिस्ट तारा कुमारी बताती हैं की उन्होंने 7वर्ष की उम्र में ही मधुबनी चित्रकारी सीखना और बनाना शुरू कर दिया था और आज कपड़ो पे इसे बखूबी उखेरती हैं और लोगों को ट्रेनिंग भी देती हैं।

Bihar Entrepreneurs Association and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park will jointly help enterprises in rural Bihar to expand their business and reach new markets. The incubator program for SHG-based enterprises is being implemented by Bihar Gramin Ajeevika Protsahan Samiti-Jeevika and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park under the National Rural Economic Development Project. The objective of this program is to strengthen women-owned and led enterprises and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities. Bihar Entrepreneur Association (BEA) will assist IIM Calcutta Innovation Park in reaching out to start-ups and entrepreneurs working in 38 districts of the state. Start-up Incubator working with Bihar Entrepreneur Association (BEA). The program will help in providing better markets to the selected entrepreneurs.

IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, under the aegis of IIM Calcutta, is a premier Evolutionary Organization of India Work with the objective of helping enterprises operating in the social sector to promote business. National Rural Economic Development Project Incubateur program is being implemented in the state of Bihar, Assam and West Bengal by National Rural Livelihood Mission and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. national rural livelihood
The Mission (DAY-NRLM), a flagship livelihood program of the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, aims to mobilize about 9-10 crore rural poor households into Self Help Groups (SHGs) in a phased manner and provide them with long-term self-help support. So that they can improve their income and quality of life by diversifying their livelihood.

It is expected that the enterprise will increase its annual income by joining this new program.
Will be able to achieve at least 15% growth. This has led to new forms of livelihood at the grassroots level. There is a huge potential to create opportunities. These entrepreneurs will also be shown as role models who will inspire a large number of youth to embrace entrepreneurship and look only for job creators. IIM Calcutta Innovation Park will bring its rich experience in entrepreneurship development to several states at the national level to implement this project. Management practices like design thinking and market distribution model will be used for this project as per international standards. Appropriate technologies will be used for project effectiveness and efficient implementation.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Bihar Entrepreneur Association (BEA) and IIM Calcutta Innovation Park will prove to be a milestone in taking the rural women's entrepreneurship to a new dimension in the state of Bihar.

Shopclues is an e-company for buying and selling products like clothing, beauty products, accessories, health products, etc. The company was settled in 2011 by Sanjay Sethi, and the co-founder (Sandeep Aggarwal and Radhika Aggarwal). The company was established to provide online service to the buyers and for being settled in online marketing. But after some time the co-founders have left the company because of their personal issues they had left the company means left the participation in the company but was the sharer of the company. And the company has fallen down because of not being given proper guidelines and lost in the competitive market.  

Lost in a battleground:

In the competitive market of India today Flipkart and Amazon have reached that level where shopclues has just lost its identity. And the little reason for this also is funding. To survive in this competitive market shopclues has not got that much enough funding to grow Where adding of new customers is expensive and for this continuous funding is necessary. Literally, No one is supportive of this. Financially In the year 2018 Flipkart and Myntra have 36.6% market share While Amazon has 31.2 %. And shopclues has only a 1.6% market share of e-tailing India. This share has also now fallen to less than 0.5%. According to research the e-tailing pie of India has hoped to cross 30 billion dollars. Yet shopclues is not able to increase his share. There are some reasons let’s discuss here.

Reasons why Shopclues couldn’t maintain or grow its share?

There are many reasons why shopclues couldn’t maintain or grow its share. Here are some of them;

• In the competitive market, shopclues have lost their identity because The motive of shopclues is only to make a profit. When it started in 2011 it was ahead in the marketplace model. Flipkart and Snapdeal were yet to become a marketplace; Amazon has not launched yet. But after the years every e-companies got a marketplace and shopclues has fallen down. shopclues has not taken care of what customers wanted ..they evolved on their own. In the previous five years, every company has maintained their growth but shopclues did not. The buyers also increased during that time they mostly want to do online shopping with an experience. and shopclues is not able to impress customers. While other e-companies have reached out to buyers with a better service.   
• The second reason could be the decrement of value proposition like shopclues is not able to explain to the customers that why should they buy that product, what is the benefits or side-effects of the products and lost his value proposition. other e-companies like Amazon who mainly focused on electronic items, books, and standard items while shopclues has focused on clothing, beauty, accessories, health, etc ….After a few years shopclues has also started selling electronic products like mobile phones but not able to convince customers. little losses were managed in 2018 but yet sales remained small as compared to other e-companies.
• The third could be shopclues is not able to manage more funds and In this battle of being in the market funding is a very necessary component and shopclues is unable to manage enough funds. According to the data, Flipkart has managed almost 8 billion dollar funds, Snapdeal was able to manage 1.8 billion dollar.
• The fourth reason could be the funder of the company. For the continuous growth of the company, there should be continuous participation of funder in this competitive market. The founder of shopclues is Sandeep Aggarwal has left the company in 2014 he was the sharer of the company but left his participation in the company which leads to the fallen down of the company.

Actually, I have ordered jeans of a specific brand but shopclues has delivered me the product of some other brand and the delivery process was also very disturbed. For this rude behavior of shopclues I haven’t shopped anything from shopclues till now.

If you are going to run a company you should have taken proper care of the needs that customers wanted. you must have that capability to convince buyers to buy that product. These days everything is digitalized so e-companies have a very good chance of being settled in online marketing and convincing customers by guiding them to the right products according to their needs and making their identity in the market. And shoclues is unable to provide all these and fallen down and lost his identity as a bad e-company in the market.

जिस परिवेश में हम बड़े हुए हैं, वो परिवेश हमें पूरी तरह नौकरियां पाने की दौड़ में सबसे आगे रहने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। यह प्रेरणा सही दिशा में चली तो सबकुछ ठीक रहता है लेकिन कई बार यह प्रेरणा अतिरिक्त दबाव भी बन जाती है। लेकिन इन सामाजिक प्रेरणा और दबाव के अलावा तीसरी लाइन की गुंजाइश नहीं रहती। बिजनेस वाला माइंडसेट तो अधिकतर घरों में बनने से पहले टूट जाता है या तोड़ दिया जाता है। लेकिन जब नौकरियां कम हो रही हैं या मनमुताबिक काम करने की आजादी छीन रही है तो स्वरोजगार ऐसा सिस्टम बनाता है जिसमें काम करने की आजादी और सफलता दोनों मिल सकती है। हालांकि जितने फायदे स्वरोजगार के गिनाए जाते हैं, इसके जोखिम भी उतने ही छुपे हुए हैं। इसलिए जरूरी है कि जब तैयारी पूरी हो तभी स्वरोजगार की दिशा में आगे बढ़ें।

आज न मेंटरशिप की दिक्कत है और न ही योजनाओं की। अलग अलग इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर्स हैं जहां आप अपने स्तर पर मुलाकात कर उनका चयन कर सकते हैं। बिहार उद्यमी संघ का इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर इंटरप्राइजिंग जोन तो मुफ्त में मेंटरशिप उपलब्ध कराता है, कुछ सेंटर्स में यह मुफ्त नहीं है। इसका चयन स्टार्टअप शुरू करने वालों को खुद से रिसर्च कर करना चाहिए। सरकारी और निजी इन्वेस्टर्स की भी कमी नहीं है। अलग अलग स्तर पर अलग अलग फंड उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं, बशर्ते आपकी ट्रेनिंग सही तरीके से हुई हो और आपका प्रोजेक्ट सही तरीके से बना हो। फंडिंग के लिए प्रपोजल आपको बनाना है, जिसमें इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर्स आपको मदद करता है। साथ ही तकनीक के बारे में भी समझना जरूरी है। अगर मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में जाना है तो प्लांट मशीनरी में लेटेस्ट क्या है, यह समझना जरूरी है। जबकि सर्विस सेक्टर में बढ़ना है तो लेटेस्ट सॉफ्टवेयर की जानकारी होना जरूरी है। स्टार्टअप शुरू करने के लिए फंड इन स्कीम्स के जरिए मिल सकता है।

* स्टार्टअप बिहार : बिहार सरकार की इस योजना में 10 लाख रुपए तक का सीड फंड मिलता है, जो 10 सालों तक इंटरेस्ट फ्री लोन है। इसके लिए आइडिया के साथ पूरा बिजनेस प्लान भेजना होता है। प्लान के चयन के बाद इन्क्यूबेशन सेंटर भेजा जाता है और उसके बाद सेंटर के रिकमेंडेशन के आधार पर सीड फंड जारी होता है। 

* एससी-एसटी उद्यमी योजना : इसमें भी 10 लाख रुपए का फंड एससी-एसटी कैटेगरी के उद्यमियों को बिहार सरकार की देती है। इसमें पांच लाख रुपए तो अनुदान होता है जबकि शेष पांच लाख रुपए 10 साल के लिए इंटरेस्ट फ्री होता है।

* महिला उद्यमी योजना : इस योजना में भी बिहार सरकार 10 लाख रुपए का फंड सिर्फ महिला उद्यमियों को देती है जिसमें पांच लाख रुपए अनुदान होता है और शेष पांच लाख रुपए एक प्रतिशत इंटरेस्ट पर दिया जाता है।

* केंद्रीय योजनाएं : भारत सरकार के मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एंड आईटी द्वारा बिहार में इंटरप्राइजिंग जोन को चार स्टार्टअप का चयन किया जाता है। इसमें वैसे स्टार्टअप शामिल होते हैं जो तकनीकी महारत वाले होते हैं। 

* मुद्रा योजना : स्वरोजगार के लिए इस योजना के तहत 50 हजार से 10 लाख रुपए तक का फंड मिल सकता है।

* सीजीटीएसएमई : क्रेडिट गारंटी फंड ट्रस्ट फॉर माइक्रो एंड स्मॉल इंटरप्राइजेज स्कीम के तहत दो करोड़ रुपए का फंड मिल सकता है। यह फंड ज्यादातर मैन्यूफैक्चरिंग सेक्टर के लिए जारी किया जाता है।

* एमएसएमई स्कीम्स : इसके तहत स्फूर्ति योजना में तीन करोड़ रुपए तक और क्लस्टर योजना में 20 करोड़ रुपए तक का फंड मिल सकता है।
