It was attended by Young Entrepreneurs, Women Entrepreneurs, HIV+ Entrepreneurs, Physically Challenged Entrepreneurs, Transgenders from all 38 districts of Bihar. With around 20+speakers and 950+participants10 youth received Annual Young Entrepreneur Award, 4 Entrepreneur received Rare Change Maker Award (HIV, Transgender and physically handicapped), 1 Youth Encouragement Award, and 25 expos is the part of YES.

Hon. Dy. CM Shri. Sushil kumar Modi ji thanked to Bihar Entrepreneur Association for creating an enterprising Bihar. He told his story about bank laps for the bank loan and changes made in Bihar during 20-25 years. He told that 3200 startup applied for startup in Bihar out of which 612 have been selected. Nearly 500 cr. have been given for the industry setups in the coming years and 500cr have been given by the government to support Startups. He asked BEA to work on Manufacturing sector and so workshops to promote entrepreneurs in different sector.

Shri. Maheshwar Hazari jipraised the initiative of Young Entrepreneurship Summit and talked about the New Startup Bihar Policy and its role in the development of Bihar, he also invited entrepreneurs from all sectors and also promised them for Govt. Support.
