At the Centre for Policy Research, we have been working on New Policies and modification of old policies. Our experts have been working on foreign Govt. policies of US, BRICS, UK etc. BEA with its work of last 6 years and an interaction of almost 60 thousand people and regular meets has updated ground data that helps its research team in monitoring and evaluation of policies. BEA worked on StartUp Policy of Bihar, gave inputs to other state Govt. like Govt. of Gujarat, Jharkhand, worked on Industry Policy 2011, Bihar, Vegetable Cooperative Policy etc. It has been
working closely with organizations like ILO, NITI Aayog, Dept of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Govt. of India. We see a big gap in the on-ground realities and the policy that is going to impact that. Hence, BEA is trying to fill this gap through regular reports to several Govt., organizations and institutions. We would like to work with more partner organizations on policy and research focusing Bihar and nearby states.
Bihar is the state with 80 million youth population. If India needs to develop, youth of Bihar must play a major role in this. This centre works on 4 verticals: Career Awareness, Skill analysis, Infrastructure & Ecosystem and Job & Entrepreneurship of youth. Every district has programs and initiatives related to this. This centre also plays a major role in Cultural development engaging youth in Bihar.
Technology will always be a major factor for overall development of the state which has 120 million population. It can be for Innovative solutions for public, governance, businesses, farmers, health, education or many products and services of public utility. BEA has been known for its innovative launch of products and services in the state since its formation. Our experts range from Agri-tech, Products Scientists, Patent-holders, Experts on Machine Learning, Big Data, Augmented Reality, Virtual reality, Nano-Tech, Fintech, IT and ITES. BEA believes
in collaboration and commercialization of new and innovative products to reach the masses for growth and development.
BEA has a strong member network from diverse sectors, a very strong advisory body and thousands of well-wishers who want to help Bihar in skill development. Some or many of them are pioneer in range of sectors. We do Analysis of the Skills required in every individual and try to find the skill set required. Then we work with them in selected skill domain at our Skill Development Centre.
We also get Corporate requirements number of times for which we do targeted skill development and place the trained workforce. We are in regular search for partners and networks who can join hands for skill development and increase our impact.
Health Department is working towards providing health care “to the last household and to the last person of the state”, i.e., Health Department is totally committed in building healthy people, not only by making available quality Medicare facilities at the door step of every citizen in the remotest corner of the state, but also by providing medical facilities of the highest order, keeping pace with rapid technological developments in the field of medicine. Welcome to the Centre of Education of Bihar Entrepreneurs Association. COE is Specific department which is working to accomplish the vision of BEA.Center of Education is consistently functioning from last few years and there are many skills development courses which are runny under this department. The basic function of COE is to conduct Courses, Workshop, Training on regular basis. We have Successfully trained more than 2000 trainees into different domains.
